Asus Rampage III black edition
Asus has announced a new version of it's Rampage series(Republic of gamers). The codename given Rampage III black edition.
The board has X58 chipset, with support for 3-way SLI and 4-way Crossfire, but introduces a new ROG Thunderbolt expansion card. This new add-on, which can be seen in the pictures below, incorporates both a Xonar audio chip and a Bigfoot Networks LAN processor. The audio provided by the Xonar portion of the card provides sound quality that's ‘four times better’ than that of a regular sound card. This is reportedly due in part to the dedicated headphone amplifier, which offers optimised impedance settings. The card also allows to set up fine-tuned audio gaming profiles and that is awesome for gaming.
It has also Bigfoot Networks' Killer 2100 NIC card.

AMD FX-8130p
AMD unveils a 8 core desktop processor. It comes with 3 other FX series Processors and all of them are from Bulldozer family. The first one is FX-4110 with 4 core and another one is FX-6110 with 8 core. The last one is F8130p and it's clocked at 3.6GHz. Interesting thing is it can overclocked at 4.2GHz all the way .
According to Xbitlabs we have four initial Bulldozer models to look forward to (currently codenamed Zambezi), the quad core FX-4110, the six core FX-6110 and the two eight core models, the FX-8110 and FX8130P. Each core will have 1MB of L2 cache and as such the FX-4110 has 2MB L2 cache and so forth. The L3 cache is listed as up to 8MB and might as yet not have been set in stone. All four models will support DDR3 memory with speeds of up to 1866MHz, although we're fairly certain that faster memory will be supported via overclocking. All four models are apparently "Black Edition" CPUs which in AMD speak means that they're completely unlocked, unlike Intel's K series models which now have locked base clock, something we wouldn't expect to see from AMD. Of course you're looking at support for AMD's second generation of Turbo Core which will allow for dynamic overclocking and under clocking/power saving depending on the CPU load. Apart from the FX-8130P all models have a 95W TPD whereas the FX-8130P has a TDP of 125W and all four models do of course utilize the AM3+ socket.
